A Game-Changing Event for KC Youth.

Please join ShareWaves and KU Head Coach Bill Self for a one-of-a-kind charity golf event raising money to provide “Power of Sports Game-Changing Grants” to help kids access high-quality sports experiences. Funds will be distributed directly to kids who need financial support through our special partnership with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater KC. These special micro-grants provide financial aid for paying league fees, buying sports equipment, paying for skill-development training, or covering the cost of special sports outings.

$250 - Amatuer - Individual - 1 Golfer - Top Level
$200 - Guest Ticket - Top Level
$100 - 18 & Under - Individual - 1 Golfer/1 Caddy - Lower Level
$100 - 14 & Under - Individual - 1 Golfer/1 Caddy - Lower Level

Power of Sports - “GameChanging Grants” are designed to deliver high-quality sports experiences to children across our city. Funds will be distributed directly to kids who need financial support to participate in sports. These special micro-grants can be used to pay league fees, buy sports equipment, specialized training, l, or cover the cost of special sports outings. We have partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters to allocate these funds.
What is the format of the tournament?
All participants are guaranteed to play 2 rounds of 20-shot target golf; the closer to the target the higher your score. Players will post a cumulative score from rounds 1 & 2. The 8 highest scores will advance to the semifinals. Where each player will get 20 more shots and the top to cumulative scores will advance to the finals. The finals will consist of one more round of 20 shot target golf to determine The Blasters Champion.
