This is Not a Game 

Kids need daily physical activity for their mental and physical health. According to the American Heart Association, 1 in 3 children ages 2-19 are overweight, and 1 in 6 are obese, putting them at significant risk for developing life-threatening diseases as they get older. Physical activity is key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
