We increase the capacity of the organizations already serving kids. We convene leaders who otherwise wouldn't be in the same room. We translate research into action. And we deploy grants and back programs directly, too. What follows is proof.

More than 100 micro-grants and $25,000+ deployed to Kansas City youth over three years through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas City vendor-direct partnership — including, in June 2026 alone, seven grants and $6,000 in neighborhood activation funding.
